7/7/07 – “Sinky” Lake to “Car camping site” (21 miles)
Again,
we all set off together – this time singing “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling”
to help the miles pass. In general, it was a fairly uneventful day, except for
our arrival into camp by yet another lake – this one much more enjoyable for
swimming. We were again joined by Blazer & Rob – again, cooking up another
fire. The grand finale came when Blazer created a scrumptious communal
chocolate pudding topped off with pieces of Twix. We were getting quite spoiled
in the dessert category!
