I'm 6'4" 260 pounds (maybe 20 pounds overweight). I've been eating probably 5 or 6 servings of regular cereal for breakfast, and was thinking of switching to eggs to get off the sugar.
Just tried my first "Bear Naked Fit" and like it, but wandering if this is my only breakfast food (with rice milk on top), how much to eat. Otherwise I will be hungry again an hour later. The package says 11 serving of 1/4 cup in that little bag - and I've probably used 1/3 or 1/2 the bag for two weekend breakfasts.
